The RMX is back up and fully functional after the scheduled maintenance to replace the chassis. Polycom Level 3 Support wants to perform more diagnostics to determine if it is a power supply or chassis slot issue. The RMX is scheduled to be down from 3:00p – 7:15p on Monday, 2/13/2012 (there are no scheduled classes on the RMX after 2:45p on this date).
